The entire VX Shifter product line are heavy-duty, precision floor-mounted shifters designed to give you complete manual control over your automatic transmission. They are commonly used in off-road, rock crawling, and performance applications where quick, direct gear selection is essential.

The VX TAP Shifter allows drivers to manually select gears by tapping a button or toggle switch, mimicking the paddle shifters or manual mode found in newer vehicles.

It integrates with the transmission’s electronic control system, enabling manual gear control without fully bypassing the TCU.

The VX TAP Shifter comes with a 5ft heavy duty shift cable, all the needed brackets and hardware, extra stops of various lengths and mounting brackets for the shifter.

Gate patterns can be fwd, rev, direct to reverse from fwd gears.
