RAD Designs Return Policy

At RAD Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality shifter and race car parts. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy below for guidance on the return process.

1. Returns for Manufacturer Defects

We offer a warranty for our products against manufacturer defects. If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include returning the defective product for inspection.

2. Returns for Reasons Other Than Manufacturer Defects

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than manufacturer defects (e.g., ordering the wrong part, changing your mind), please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the product at to initiate the return process.
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • RAD Designs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price for returns not covered under our manufacturer's warranty.
  • Shipping fees for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise arranged with RAD Designs.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange, minus any applicable restocking fees.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
